Bad Ass Banana Zucchini Bread

Banana bread is scrumptious all on it’s own, but when you add some delicious zucchini AND chocolate AND nuts, It’s out of this world!! If you couldn’t decide whether or not to make one or the other, now you don’t have too.  You’re welcome. Have a slice for breakfast or for a hearty snack…and smile while doing so.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Combine sugars, eggs, vanilla and oil in a stand up mixer. Add zucchini and banana.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine spices, flour, baking soda and baking powder and add to wet ingredients in mixer on low speed until incorporated.
  3. Add walnuts and chocolate chips because...yum.
  4. Pour batter into two 9x3 inch loaf pans
  5. Bake loaves at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out not quite clean but with a bit of crumbly goodness attached.
  6. Cool and slice your lovely loaves
