Pork! Sweet beautiful pork. What’s not to love? Whether you smoke it, grill it, bake it, crockpot it, or buy it already cooked, I don’t care. Just shred that juicy, flavorful pig and let’s do this!

Caramelized Onions
  1. Heat butter and oil over low heat in a medium skillet. Thinly slice half of an onion and add to pan. Saute until golden brown and tender(about 12-15 minutes). Set aside.
Pizza
  1. Preheat oven and pizza stone to 500 degrees. Remove stone and spray with cooking spray. Stretch pizza to desired size, place on stone and spray with cooking spray as well. Transfer dough to oven and bake for 6 minutes to reveal a bubbly, crisp canvas.
  2. Remove dough from oven and begin spreading your favorite BBQ sauce over the top. Add the cheeses, pork and onions. Place back in the oven and bake for 9 more minutes.
  3. Your pork pizza should be crispy and golden. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top...oh cilantro, How I love thee!
  4. Slice that porktastic beauty and serve (:
