Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza With Greens

This pizza is my husband’s favorite combination of sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. The more meat the better, BUT we also need our greens! Let me rephrase…I need my greens. This is a unique combination to make everyone happy.  A hearty pork packed pizza with crunchy, bright, green leaf lettuce over the top. The texture and flavor are the bomb diggety. Hot and cold and gooey and crunchy at the same time. You can substitute any number of greens for this recipe; i.e romaine, arugula, spinach etc.
