Say I love You In a Quiche

If I could say I love you in a quiche, this would be it. The most buttery flakey crust with an incredibly fluffy, savory, and cheesy center. The quiche sounds sophisticated but in reality, is quite simple. It is also my favorite brunch item, and since brunch is between breakfast and lunch, it is perfectly acceptable to have a cocktail. Show someone you love them with this amazeballs quiche and then toast with a Bloody Mary.
